| It says Mr. Kirdahy (solo) is producing with the Shed and him "co-presenting" it. I don't know what that actually means but if it is a co-pro or the Shed's production with enhancement money, then the description is misleading. I think it is reasonable to assume it is not as expensive directly and certainly not indirectly. If the show has a design that would not fit easily in an unaltered Broadway house, the difference in load in budget would likely be enormous (especially if, as I suspect, there is no stage hand contract signed by the Shed). I have the sense that Tom is trying to do this on a budget, and that may well explain the absence of Mr. Lane from the cast announcement. But I know nothing. |
