It says Mr. Kirdahy (solo) is producing with the Shed and him "co-presenting" it. I don't know what that actually means but if it is a co-pro or the Shed's production with enhancement money, then the description is misleading. I think it is reasonable to assume it is not as expensive directly and certainly not indirectly. If the show has a design that would not fit easily in an unaltered Broadway house, the difference in load in budget would likely be enormous (especially if, as I suspect, there is no stage hand contract signed by the Shed). I have the sense that Tom is trying to do this on a budget, and that may well explain the absence of Mr. Lane from the cast announcement. But I know nothing.

The press release with the cast dates starts "Producers Tom Kirdahy, Sue Wagner, John Johnson, and The Stephen Sondheim Trust today announced..." and at the end has "Here We Are is co-presented by The Shed"
