For the past year, every time I try to buy a ticket online, it doesn't work, and then I have to call them and spend time on the phone while they fix the problem, which they have never been able to explain why the problem is happening satisfactorily.
Add to that their utterly horrid mobile site which won't let you actually choose your seats from a map and is doubly worse when you're attempting to investigate discount codes.
Oh, and that awful 3-D map of the theater that nobody needs and which is nigh near impossible to navigate.
Truly, just wish they would stop existing and the Shubert houses would just work with literally any other ticketing service. They're just the absolute worst. |
