| After 20 minute wait in queue, it just sits at LOADING... This is using firefox. i'm trying chrome now but queue is 1000. I called but i was disconnected three times. Do you get seat location when you buy on-line---or is it best available assigned? Can one request an aisle seat? |

| Lord, securing those Beyonce tickets during her pre-sales and initial on sales was a 3-act tragedy. A ticket no longer being available by the time you got it in your cart. The real-time dynamic pricing seeing a ticket go from $200 to $600 30 second later? Woo. The Shed was a breeze by comparison... Logged in at a few minutes after noon. Was given a CAPTCHA challenge to prove I'm not a robot. There were about 500 people ahead of me. About 20 minutes later I was "admitted". I got booted when I started browsing dates, BUT, when I logged back in, I did not have to wait in line again. Found it easy to browse multiple dates. Appreciated that the drop down menu let me select a price and then the seatmap would highlight all available seats at that price point. The one thing I didn't like was I was unable to select two seats in a single action. I had to select the two seats I got one at a time and add each to my cart separately. But, once I figured that out, it worked out fine. For those of you who didn't throw down a tenner for the membership, my impression is you'll be able to get tickets during the general on sale. |

| Not so bad. I got a ticket for the final preview. Thank you everyone for your tips about using Firefox and logging in and out if need be! I guess it's not so surprising that someone who is paying $100 or more to be a member is going to gravitate towards the more expensive seats, but there were seats available at every price range for pretty much every performance I saw, including the first preview. That being said, I'm guessing that 90% of the tickets will be gone this week. In response to someone's earlier question, I don't think they are using dynamic pricing. It seems the same seat is the same price at every performance. In terms of the questions about pricing, it's confusing because members at the $100 or higher level get 15% off 2 tickets. So $110 is the discounted member price for a $129 ticket. It's the same seat. |

| Since the price for front row was $350 when I was looking. I might have paid $225 for them. My guess is most seats will be a good view with raking and not having big sets that would block those side stage seats. | |

| Interesting. Someone on BWW said yesterday that the front row center was something like $229 when the tickets first went on sale but they all became $349 over the course of the day. All the front row center seats I saw today were $349. I looked at a few different performances, and it seemed that pricing for a particular seat was the same across performances, but the performances I looked at were all in the same month and they may not have been representative of the big picture. If they are jacking up the prices as tickets get scarcer, I'm glad I got a ticket today rather than during the general sale tomorrow! |

| Just a few minutes ago I decided to bite the bullet and spend the extra $10 for a membership and get my ticket before the general sales starts tomorrow. The entire process from buying the membership to getting the email confirmation for my ticket took about 5 minutes. There were plenty of seats available at every performance I checked at at all price points $129 and up. | |

| oddly, when i logged out of membership and then back in, i still was in queue and it opened up the screens. Plus i could buy 6 tickets so I called my friends in ny to see if they wanted to go. I ended up getting those side aisle seats for $170 each in mid-november. That section on center aisle are $350 for about 6 seat better view. | |

| that just starts the process of picking a weekend. Now i have to look for other show, hotel and airfare. I've just started! I did get seats for Back to the Future that weekend using Amex (which oddly were cheaper than regular seats). | |

| I've sometimes found that Amex tickets are cheaper than regular seats, because I think Amex contracts for those seats to be exclusively available for Amex users prior to the first performance. Then if ticket prices go up because of dynamic pricing or otherwise, it doesn't affect the Amex seats, which remain at the original price. The main issue I have with Amex seats is that you can't apply a discount to them, at least as far as I know. |

| My friend Joe went on line with his $10. membership at noon today and after some stop and goes got through. I said get the $110. tickets and everywhere he looked that price never appeared. $129. was the lowest found. Total price was $268.for two seats on the side of stage row GG. We are going on November 25. 1:00 performance. We'll get to see it and at least we will not have to think about this again. | |

| Around noon, I called (646) 455-3494, pressed 2, and got through right away. The woman who answered was wonderful and responded to my questions about the seating, so I got my tickets, just like that. To follow up FinalPerformance's post, yes, the $10 Shed membership only gave you access to the ticket sales today, so I paid $129. In order to get the $110 tickets, you had to be a member at a higher level (which was news to me, but what do I know?). |

| I tried calling, it ended up telling me to go to the website and hung up on me. What do you mean you got a lower number? The ticket prices were lower or higher for the same seats depending when what browser you loaded? |

| Yes, the seating chart comes up when you choose a date. It's odd you can't see it beforehand but you can indeed choose an aisle seat. | |

| 201 closer to front of stage and 208 near the back. 208 would be partial view since the actors would most likely face forward for most of the show. But i doubt there will be any set blocking issues even at GG208. | |

| if you're seeing dates sold out. That happened to me yesterday. I thought I was signed in because I saw my name at the top of the screen, but I guess I wasn't really signed in! Maybe sign out and sign in again. Of course it might possibly be that some dates are sold out already. |

| I got them! I did log out and signed backed in. I thought it strange all these performances were showing sold out Jan 6 matinee and as you said a ton of seats available. Prices are pretty outrageous, but I chose the last row on the side aisle. It looks like a small space so I am not concerned. $129. | |
