I hope your students do get to see it - it will be a great eye-opener for them. Although they would no doubt be more sophisticated than I was in the following memory, your email brought back this:
I remember, when young, the first time I "discovered" the mystery of acting was when, having seen Angela Cartwright as Penny in Lost in Space on television, I was taken to the movie of The Sound of Music and saw the same person being a von Trapp. It opened up a whole new world of artistry, to a young mind. |
