Mike Matessino gave a detailed answer to your question on the Film Score Monthly message board yesterday. In brief, it wasn't until Jan. 1, 2021 that the RCA Victor/Sony Music rights expired and R & H got them back. That event made it possible for Matessino's operation to merge album master material with scoring elements.
