NEW BROADWAY REVIEW - "MELISSA ETHERIDGE: MY WINDOW"

Howard Miller takes a look at Melissa Etheridge: My Window at Circle in the Square:

There's no telling how many fans of the raspy-voiced, label-defying, pop/rock/folk-rock/country-rock/indie-rock singer Melissa Etheridge are flocking to the Circle in the Square Theatre, where her autobiographical song-and-confessional show Melissa Etheridge: My Window opened tonight. But it's a pretty safe bet to say that a great many more new-found fans are among those who exit at the end of the evening. And if Etheridge has her eyes on racking up an EGOT, she has a pretty good shot at arriving at the three-quarter mark at the end of the theatre season, with the distinct possibility of adding a Tony to her previous Grammy and Oscar awards. If that happens, can an Emmy be far behind?
