| In London for three days. First day saw The Little Big Things. Very well done based on true story of rugby player who was paralyzed in an accident at 17. Second show was Sondheim Old Friends which was being filmed Friday night. Loved it especially second act. Matinee of Rebecca which was thoroughly enjoyable but would need a lot of work to transfer to a larger theater. This was my first time at Charing Cross Theater. Next to Normal tonight at Donmar which was truly outstanding. I saw it several times in NY but the cast and production at Donmar is superb. A short but great trip. |
