I basically agree that it is a better fit in terms of classiness etc. I also think that a lot of folks think it is a better fit than RCMH, the Beacon, or the United Palace. The latter was a nice idea but a logistical nuisance, and getting away from the other two that are owned by the odious James Dolan sits well also.
Regarding the vibe, etc., I don't think there is any impact at all. |
