Great seats. But if it's for Nov. 9 at 1:30 p.m., I believe that's a Thursday matinee, not a Wednesday one. It's sold out, so I'm sure someone will snap 'em up.
In fact, ''The Great Gatsby'' doesn't even begin previews until Thursday (Oct. 12), and it looks like its entire monthlong run is already sold out.
I don't know if that's a testament to the drawing power of F. Scott Fitzgerald's novel, Jeremy Jordan or Paper Miil's subscription base, but it's impressive.
I first saw Jordan shine in ''Newsies'' at Paper Mill in 2011, and I can only imagine ''The Great Gatsby'' would like to take a similar trajectory for Broadway. |
