| Cecilia Gentili’s Red Ink Sets Off-Broadway Run The writer and performer takes center stage in her acclaimed one woman show. After captivating audiences with two sold-out runs of her one-woman show, Red Ink, Cecilia Gentili is set to make her off-Broadway debut at the renowned Rattlestick Theater (224 Waverly Pl, New York, NY). From October 30th to November 5th, sinners and do-gooders are invited to immerse themselves in the unforgettable journey of Cecilia’s poignant & comedic masterpiece. For more information, contact the team at: redinktheplay@gmail.com About Cecilia Gentili: Cecilia Gentili is the award-winning author of Faltas, actress on FX's hit series POSE, and renowned activist for transgender and sex worker rights. She owns and leads Trans Equity, a nationally recognized consulting firm that provides strategic advising, cultural programming, advocacy, and policy building for organizations, government agencies, brand partners, and the LGBT community at large. Her ongoing legacy of community advocacy, storytelling and activism has been monumental in protecting federal rights from the U.S. Supreme Court, raising millions in city & state funding for trans rights in NY, and building foundational programs for trans and sex work communities to thrive. About the Director: Nic Cory is a director and producer. Most recently, he produced Triple Threat off-Broadway and served as an associate producer on Billy Porter’s directorial debut Anything’s Possible, for MGM. At the beginning of the pandemic, he directed Buyer & Cellar: Live, which raised over $300,000 for the BC/EFA. Other directing and associate credits include The Singing Telegram, The Lightning Thief (Broadway + National Tour), The Life (Encores), By Myself and La Finta Giardiniera at his alma mater, Carnegie Mellon.
