It's not a lyric. It's a line. In the Christopher Bond source play, the line is "My right hand is complete again." No "At last." Similarly, the published script has "My right arm is complete again." No "At last."

I don't remember what it is in the movie, but offhand at least, I don't recall "right" being there.

Many productions stick with what was said in the original production, but I have seen at least a couple that included "right."
