it isn't listed in lortel website and The Shed isn't either. I don't think off-broadway has a set list of theaters but clearly The Shed isn't on their radar yet. Playbill has an article that the unofficial cutoff is 99 seats or less and off broadway is 100-499. here we are is listed as 526 seats so clearly above off offbroadway and in fact could be considered Broadway over 500 if it was a designated Broadway house, which it isn't. The real key is the type of contract is signed by the company.
