Ok, just something to distract you for a few minutes anyway. I misheard the title of Swift's "Eras Tour" and that's how this came about. Feel free to add.
"Leave It to Joan" (very different show with Rivers/Sutherland/Crawford/Davis)
"Show Boss" (with Bruce Springsteen trying to "Make Believe" on a show boat docked near Asbury Park, NJ)
"Cabaret" with Cab Calloway as Emcee - set in the Cotton Club-type nightclub, though casting Sally Bowles as Minnie the Moocher just might fit the bill
"Bye, Bye Birdie" – musical about what happened to Thelma Ritter’s character after she disappears in “All About Eve” all of a sudden – maybe she got a call to close the first act somewhere away from Margo |
