The two shows have nothing to do with each other.

One deals with an orphan girl in search of her parents. The other deals with an orphaned girl whose father is in search of her.
One show has a song called "Little Girls," the other has a song called "Pretty Women."
One show concerns a man just escaped from prison who finds himself back on Fleet Street. The other features a criminal just out on parole who wants to find Easy Street.
In one show, two of the leads sing that there's no place like London, for better AND for worse. In the other, two of the leads sing of the virtues and flaws of NYC.
In one show, a rich man wants to adopt the orphan girl for all the right reasons. In the other, a rich man wants to marry his orphaned ward for all the wrong reasons.

And...? :-)
