This production was probably built around Tyne and Liev being around 20 years apart. With one being much older than usual, the other was cast accordingly. That's not the case with Amy, but I doubt it will matter much to all but the most insistent ageists. It's the act(s) she suspects him of and not his age that triggers her.
And she is indeed a fantastic choice for Sister Aloysius. Tyne was, too. May she recover thoroughly and quickly. |
