but oddly, the last time all the theaters were occupied except the Palace was Fall 2018. My charts don't have exact closing dates, so there might have been only a few weeks since the Imperial had Ruben/Clay's Xmas Show and the Illusioinists return at the Marquis were most likely December. Probably next was Spring 2017 but the Hayes was being renovated. I think Spring 2011 was when every theater was booked and none were being refurbished.
