But I believe the audience had booked schoenfeld for the spring and it’s only a play was booked in the fall. It’s only a play was a surprise hit and wanted to extend but the audience wouldn’t take the Jacob next door even though the theater was comparable in size and several hundred thousand was offered to the audience producers to change theaters. I was surprised they didn’t take the money.

I can’t remember why August Osage county moved from the imperial to music box after farnsworth closed. Billy Elliot wasn’t until the fall at imperial but AOC was clearly an hit that was going to last another year. I’m thinking that BE had already booked the imperial and the AOC was a filler.
