That's exactly it. He was a hot hunk on ALL MY CHILDREN, I think, at the time. As a child, I remember reading an article about LeClerc going into the Broadway production in one of the soap opera magazines that my grandmother bought at the supermarket.
As a bonus, I believe that AMC taped in New York, so LeClerc could very well have done both at the same time, if AMC was willing to working his shooting schedule around when he needed to be at the theatre. |
