It was rare if a nederlander produced show was in a shubert house. But l think that happens now and sometimes both are producers of same show. Lincoln center theater usually use shubert houses-but there are more of that 1000 seat house in shubert theater than nederlander. I don’t think LCT ever used jujamcyn theater.

Would AGT use shubert or nederlander at this point since they control 7 broadway houses—I don’t know.

I have noticed that AGT brings a lot more stuff and one night programs to San Fran now that they control all three houses. It seems like all tours including nonequity now stop here which was very rare a decade ago with nederlander-Hayes controlling them.
