The Notebook opens next Thursday, which is obviously the day after a 2 show day. Does anyone out there know if the leads (there are many) in this production would usually play both performances on the Wednesday?
I hear there have been quite a few absences and I wonder if the fact that it's a 2 show day before the "official" opening night makes anyone sit one or more of the shows out the day before to make sure they are ready.
Only in town one day (yes the Wed) and not sure if I should buy tickets, and if I do, if I should do it for the mat or the evening.
And before anyone suggests it, yes - I know that understudies are talented.
