I saw it downtown and wasn't sure how I felt about the show - the content is very challenging. But then I saw it again at Studio 54 and really enjoyed it... enjoyed? Hard to say for that topic.. but I truly appreciated it and thought it well worth the $50.
I think that's the big challenge on Broadway these days - the shows are great... for $40-$50. But to get $100+ for one of these shows like Ohio or Days, is just not really an appropriate request.
I HAVE started paying more for some shows I really want to see - paying more like $130 for Merrily and Sweeney, but they were WELL worth it.
There's just such a dramatic difference in quality and value on the stage these days. And there does need to be a value proposition!
With all that said, def go see Days for $50 using a discount before it goes. TDF seats have been in the orchestra and were the best TDF seats I've ever had, so take a chance!!!
