| Here in Paris, the most one gets at most shows is a piece of paper with the characters and actors, there are no bios at all for anyone. On the other hand, a lot of the productions now stage bows to offer some applause for the crew members, who come out in their blacks and relish their newfound attention! (At some operas one can purchase a small book/program with essays and lots of bio imformation for ten Euros, but no crew appreciation!) |
