The first song is "A Man And A Woman" from the film of the same name (or, in french, un homme et une femme) - normally it's an instrumental, presumably the english language lyrics are some music-label exec's attempt to get royalties.
The second is the traditional Australian folk song, "Waltzing Matilda".
And, no, they weren't brothers, Peter Allen was actually born Peter Woolnough and he joined with Chris Bell under the management of Chris's dad, and were discovered in a Hong Kong venue as Judy Garland's opening act, leading to Peter meeting Liza. Peter and Liza were still married when this aired. |
