A good (but not quite great) play in a flawless production, and Mark Gatiss is giving the performance of his career as Gielgud. It's tremendously entertaining - I saw it at the National last year - and I think it could do well on Broadway.
(The Noël Coward Theatre, though, is IN the West End, not ON it.) |
