| I saw a local production of the play. Since it jumps time, I interpreted the ending differently than my friend. I think the caregivers are Jess and Eddie. Is Jess the girl Eddie is dating when he is taking care of his wife? I don’t think so since he states his wife is dead to Jess when they meet in the final scene. But Eddie does seem to lie or maybe he doesn’t say his wife is dead, so maybe his wife ani is still alive. Just seems like the boxes are from her place. I just think that the final scene is the last event in the timeline of the show and ani is dead. |
