Ever since the theaters went to digital ticketing, I've run into issues. I have an older cell phone that only loads a finite number of e-mails. Plus I get 40 to 50 new e-mails every day so my tickets get buried unless I constantly re-forward them to myself.
Whenver I'm on a trip like this one, I go the the box offices of all the theaters I have bought tickets to as soon as I get to New York and ask for physical tickets. Most box offices have told me that digital ticketing is a disaster. However, one theater told me that their computer wouldn't allow them to print a ticket purchased from a distributor like TodayTix so they wrote me up a ticket by hand. However, that has only happened once. |
