SEAT Geek shut my account

for some reason, after a full day of chats and calls, they said, I have violated something but won't say what.
And closed my account and will not unlock it.
This is odd because I have not logged in since 2023.
My ticket was transferred by a friend that's why I was logging in.
It appears I can never access my Seatgeek account and they won't let me know the reason except to say it's a security concern.
I was able to go in using a screen shot that my friend sent me.

but going forward, I guess I have to create a new account. I don't understand all the mystery behind. They can't tell me why and they won't help me get a new account or do anything.
