| I made it a very key part of my point that it isn't just the age of the actor, it's how the production presented her, the way it thought of her, the tone, the make-up, the costumes. Normas have not been intended to be received as sexy or as convincingly sexually appealing or exciting or to be taken seriously in this way. Not because the actor herself wasn't or couldn't be that in her own life and reality, but I just don't think that is how the material or production(s) have previously seen her or thought she should be seen in the story. |
