I've seen all 3..
Gatsby is good, relatively classic musical. If you love or even like Jeremy or Eva, see this. Great story! But duh, since it's Great Gatsby. :)
Water for Elephants feels cheap, but has strong leads. You've seen the circus acrobatics elsewhere and better puppets elsewhere. Snoozefest, but if you like it slow and classic, could be an option.
Lempicka - Not a great show, but it's definitely interesting and different. Beth Leavel steals the show with a ten minute scene. A lot of high loud somewhat off key singing - but I'd choose this over W4E.
