| I obviously know all of that, but this is a slightly different situation (the Mandy issue) that perhaps you had forgotten. And that is not the question I asked. But at this point we are dancing on the (tangential in the first place) head of a pin. If I am wrong about what actually happened, I'd acknowledge that, but I do not think I am and by telling me what is "common" doesn't help me when we are talking about contracts, a timeline, and a person who is almost unquestionably not a personal signatory to a contract here. | |
