| I always tell them that I have an old cellphone that doesn't always load tickets purchased weeks earlier (which is the truth). Make sure you have the order number with you and can give it to them. That will make it easier to print the ticket. Also, tell them the name of the ticket distributor, i.e., SeatGeek. |
