| I saw three off Broadway shows in the last three weeks, one commercial (Dead Outlaw) and two non-profit (Teeth and Brooklyn Laundry). Though none was perfect, all were better than much of what I’ve seen on Broadway lately. (If I go back a few months, I’d add Here We Are and I Can Get It For You Wholesale to the list.) Cheaper too, and in general, more pleasant theatergoing all around ( no surly security personnel, no obnoxious audience members). |
