| I saw it twice on broadway. This is an exact reproduction of broadway. I assume because it is a coproduction with LA ahmanson. I think the set is from broadway especially since the program names the broadway scenic designer. Malachi mccaskill is a terrific usher. It’s a tough part because he is on stage the entire show and sings all the songs except one—a sympathetic ear. Thought 4 is from the broadway company. John-Andrew Morrison plays the mom (as thought 4) with the most crucial gut wrenching role. We are lucky to have him in this production. |
