| In connection with your tribute to Her Royal Lady Liza La Doolittle and "My Fair Lady" on this lauded day, when there was an ATC pre-Tony party some years ago on the same day as the Kentucky Derby, as we took a pause in the festivities to watch the race on the tv screens in the restaurant/bar, yours truly called out quite loudly at one exciting point in the race, "COME ON DOVER! MOVE YOUR BLOOMIN' ARSE!!!!" which got a great deal of in-the-know laughter from the theater fans assembled. Hope that gives you a laugh, too, Laura! |
