At the start when I was a tourist who visited NYC very infrequently I was into getting posters and t-shirts and sweatshirts. But I soon realized that I didn't have the space or interest in putting them all up in my home, and didn't really want to make a theatre wardrobe statement either :-)

I switched to coffee mugs because I love coffee, they are small, easy to store, and I actually use them in day to day life. Always get a little tickle when I pull out this mug or the other and remember seeing that show. My oversized Contact mug got a hairline crack so I started using it as a sugar bowl :-)

After moving to NYC and seeing pretty much everything that opened for decades I stopped collecting merch, but did get some cool tote bags and other swag over the years (working in the business)...and many more mugs too!

Recently a friend bought me a Merrily beanie and I made a lot of use of that. I REALLY deeply loved that show and the simple red and black design didn't feel so in-your-face show merch to me.
