Yeah, the 3 wooden bowls, which were just 3 kitchen-sized wooden bowls that you could pick up at Target, for $800 was just crazy.
The bulky items are the only bargains. Six upholstered chairs went for $400, which was a true bargain. After that happened, I'm thinking I may just rent a van for the day and bid on the bulky stuff.
The 28% buyer's premium is wacky, but I guess all the auction houses do that. I guess it's in the same range as the premium on StubHub! ;) |
