For what it's worth, when Amy Lennox (a London replacement Sally) performed the title song at the Olivier Awards ceremony in 2022, what she did was very close indeed to the performance I saw Jessie Buckley give at a late preview at the Playhouse. So yes, I'd assume any replacement Sallys on Broadway will stick to the blueprint.
