I’m 6’ and I usually sit in orch, but even many times I’m still close to pressed against the seat in front. At cabaret, I was in mezz and it was bad but I had an aisle and the two seats behind me were empty so I moved at intermission.

In San Fran at the opera house, a lady said I was blocking her view and wanted me to slouch for the performance. I told her to go to the box office to get reseated. One, there is less than an inch until my knees would hit the seat in front of me. Two, even if there was ample room, do you think it’s reasonable for anyone to slouch for two plus hours.
