Regarding the Horlen story, it took place on a Friday night. The White Sox, who were in 1st place ahead of the Yankees with just the weekend left to finish the regular season, were winning the game. Horlen not only lost the no hitter, he lost the game.

Regarding the 2023-2024 season, I've made 4 trips to New York (in August, November, January, and March/April) and saw 36 shows. A few were outstanding, some were very good, others good, and just one a little disappointing, but not terrible. Obviously, I'm not as tough on shows as many others on ATC. Of the 36, 20 were on Broadway, and 16 Off-Broadway. I try to avoid shows that I know I won't like so I don't get disappointed very often.
