| I'm pretty sure that I posted on Friday about the big error in the Times obit, but the post is gone. Maybe it didn't go through, but I thought I saw it here after I posted it. Anyway, the Times obit says that in 1958, Terry Carter co-produced an Off-Broadway revival of A Streetcar Named Desire with a predominately black cast. This production was announced, but it never happened. I wrote to the Times on Friday, but the obit still says that. I wonder if a correction will ever be made. |
