| Concerts in arenas can still be thousands for floor seats and even back floor is $500 and higher. Even participation sports like skiing lift tickets can be well over $100 and pebble beach is over $500 for golfing. One night stay at post ranch inn is $5000 for best cabin and $2500 for cheapest. And these are sold out for weeks or even months in advance. And yes I do compare because these are the cream of the crop like broadway. The only cheap thing is movies for $20 ish and bowling. Usually my ny trip—a third of the cost is hotel, a third for flight and third for tickets. |
