Big things are once again happening in Cleveland. With a great amount of fanfare, the 2018-2019 KeyBank Broadway Series has been announced. Over 2,800 fans, and season ticket holders, filled the Connor Palace this week as the Executive Producer of Playhouse Square, Gina Vernaci checked off the seven upcoming shows. Over the course of the two hours, guests were treated to performances and appearances from various Broadway Shows including Miss Saigon and Come From Away.

Among the evening's special guests were Beverley Bass, who was the real-life pilot featured in the Broadway hit Come From Away, as well as Academy Award nominee Chazz Palminteri, whose childhood story is featured in the musical A Bronx Tale.

To quote Gina, "The KeyBank Broadway Series will give us the opportunity to see seven beloved Broadway musicals from the comfort of our seats at Playhouse Square. We will hear stories that have changed people's lives. We will hear lush scores that will resonate deeply within our souls. And we will have the visual feast of delicious costumes and sets. With a mix of cherished revivals and captivating new productions making their Cleveland debut, this season truly has it all."

Playhouse Square leads the nation in season ticket holders, with over 45,000 procured each season.
