But I think you assume there are loads of shows fully financed waiting for a theater. The Lyceum was vacant all spring after grey house closed. Last fall, Beaumont, imperial, Jacobs, longacre, a schoenfeld, studio 54 and Wilson were vacant. Now some of those were being held for the spring shows to move in, but a short run fall show could have been booked. |
