| Days of Wine and Roses is tricky to me because I totally agree with your assessment, but at the same time, it didn't surprise me, and I am guessing you, that this show with a depressing subject and very difficult score did not fare well in a bigger house. So did it "belong" on Broadway? Artistically, sure, but... |
