Just to have with you and Newt...given how the Broadway is situated wouldn't the exaggerated comparaison location for the balcony be somehwhere east of the theatre...like 6th Ave...or Queens? :-) Both 8th Ave and Jersey are west of the theatre, behind the stage and the actors.
