Your post features some of my all time favorite cast recordings. In the early 50's I used to watch the Ed Sullivan Show with my grandmother on Sunday nights. We would also watch Coke Time with Eddie Fisher. I recall Fisher and Florence Henderson duetting songs from Fanny. The cast of Fanny also performed on the Sullivan Show.
I remember Helen Gallagher and John Brascia performing "You're Gonna Dance with Me, Willie" also on the Sullivan Show. A very young Diahann Carroll sang "A Sleeping Bee" on Fisher's program. Fisher, of course, famously sang "How Do You Speak to an Angel?" from Hazel Flagg on a Coke Time episode.
