In fact of course i had read the Wikipedia entry and the notes on the back of my CD
Was curious to see if anyone had actually seen a production of this on stage.
Was curious if anyone had a idea why the run was so short.
One writer said it wsa hard to hear such cheerful sprightly music about people being chased across town by the Nazis. Well, couldn't you say the same about "The Sound of Music"
