| I rather enjoyed it, but with reservations. My problem was understanding the lyrics in ensemble numbers as the songs are very fast and loud. I don't have a hearing problem but the first few songs didn't bring me into the show and it took a while to figure out what they were singing about. I was in the last row of the dress circle and it's possible that the location may have something to do with this. I asked the woman next to me and she had the same problem. I watched the number on the Oliviers, which is a great number, but finally got to understand what they were singing about. |
