There is that one passage where Lara negatively recalls Duke's passionate, I would say diligent, journal keeping about his character's backstory, and that left me hoping it was just a darker shade Lara threw on that part of the past, not Patchett's labelling as unnecessary, "crazy" actor preparation. |
