They give most of "I See Stars" to a walk-on character in order to compensate for the leading lady's lack of vocal ability so... I think that says all you need to know.
I do agree that the movie musical was overall more successful than other recent outings though, mostly thanks to the charisma of Reneé Rapp and Auli'i Cravalho and some moments of directorial creativity. |
